Agrio et Emulsio at the Agroglobal 2018
The Agrio et Emulsio project – new products development
(POCI-01-0145-FEDER-023583), was present at the Agroglobal edition, held in Valada do Ribatejo between September 5 and 7, 2018, which brought together 390 exhibitors and was visited by more than 50000 visitors.
The coordinator of the project, Gabriela Lima and researcher Ana Ribeiro conducted tests of sour cream and dehydrated fruit and processed fruit and vegetable products, integrated in the show of R & D activities of the Escola Superior Agrária de Santarém.
